Millard “Rip” Ripley

Rip was an Account Supervisor at several regional ad agencies before becoming President/COO of Brozena, Schaller, Menaker & Ripley in 1999. He was instrumental in merging the agency with HSR Business to Business in 2007 and joining its global management team when HSR merged with Gyro International.

In his role as Founder, Senior Strategist, Rip will focus on client strategy development, market research and overall agency management.

Rip is an active participant in a number of industry trade organizations including the Colorado Software and Internet Association, (CSIA), where he served on the Board of Directors. He was the Board Chair for the 2009 CSIA DEMOgala, a nationwide showcase and symposium of companies focused in the technology, bioscience and IT space. He is the former International Chairman of BMA (Business Marketing Association) and a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
